In the last decade of the study alone, the average daily calorie intake went up by 229 kcal.
This study also looked at portion size and studies have shown that having larger portions of food leads to an increased intake.

Mom gets 5 years probation for spanking her child, and loses custody
Corpus Christi, Texas - Rosalina Gonzales lost custody of her three children and has been put on probation for five years. Her crime was spanking her almost two-year-old with her hand on the child's bottom.
The child's grandmother noticed red marks on the child's buttocks and took her to a hospital to be checked. The hospital called the Department of Family and Protective Services even though the little girl was found to be healthy and did not have any lasting injuries.
The children were taken from their mother in December and placed in the grandmother's custody according to lifesitenews.com.
The Texas Attorney General's website states spanking is not illegal, "Texas law allows the use of force but not deadly force, against a child by the child's parent, guardian, or other person who is acting in loco parentis." A child can be spanked on the buttocks using an open hand, a brush or a belt if it doesn't leave a bruise, welt or swelling," it's likely OK states npr.org
In an agreement with prosecutors Gonzales plead guilty to the charges of Injury to a Child a felony. She will be on probation for five years, has to take parenting classes, follow Children's Protective Service's (CPS) guidelines and make a one time payment of $50 to the Children's Advocacy Center.
Attorney Kelly Shackelford of Liberty Institute said, "In this country, children are not children of the state. They're children of the parents and the parents do have a right to reasonable discipline including spanking. So this is a pretty clear abuse of authority and is something that people need to be aware of -- that government officials don't have the right to this kind of bullying of parents and families."

The online RPG World of Warcraft has released a new start-up package that has been established in favor over the game's former two week time trial periods.
The California-based video game development company Blizzard Entertainment Inc. has yet to embrace allowing its monumentally popular title, World of Warcraft to be enjoyed online without monthly payments. But with hit games such as Warner Bros.' Lord of the Rings Online and Valve's Team Fortress 2 subscribing to the free online play configuration, the software leviathan has in some way taken note, apparently. While the massively multiplayer online role-playing game is still not going the complimentary route in every last sense of the word, Blizzard has decided to give players more access to the aptly nicknamed WoW without charge.
In lieu of its prior utilization of time-oriented trials - which would usually span 14 days - the MMORPG will now be free for players to take pleasure in until their characters have reached level 20; going as quickly or as slowly as they desire. As such the new introductory package dubbed the World of Warcraft Starter Edition will permit those giving the game a test drive a much better - albeit still limited - feel for it than before. Unfortunately the level 20 cutoff is not the only cap put into place in terms of character enhancement.
The Starter Edition restrictions also curb trade skills to a maximum of 100, and players won't have the luxury of using features such as Auction House or be able to exchange with others involved in the game. What's more is that public chats, guilds and parties with characters at a higher level than 20 will be closed to those using this package. Voice communication, characters and Real ID will also be unavailable.
Luckily, Blizzard is offering players inexpensive solutions upon getting to the preset game caps.
"...players will be able to get both the original World of Warcraft and the game's first expansion set, The Burning Crusade, for only $19.99 as part of the new digital Battle Chest now available in the online Blizzard Store. In addition, anyone who owns the original World of Warcraft, regardless of when they purchased the game, will automatically be able to access all of the content and features from The Burning Crusade expansion at no additional cost." the company said in a statement.
The new trial format and low-priced package deal weren't the only things Blizzard wanted to inform the world of. Live patch 4.2 entitled Rage of the Firelands - released on Tuesday 28 June - will bring various new updates to the magical realm of WoW including – but not limited to – new raids and quests. Hopefully this new business tactic on behalf of Blizzard gets more people to experience the immense World of Warcraft.

Highly successful HBO fantasy series “Game of Thrones” is returning to Northern Ireland to film series two ! Filming will begin on July 25th and run through to December in Belfast’s Paint Hall studios and various other locations throughout Northern Ireland. Extras NI are currently casting for thousands of extras to take part in the production. It is paid work !
For anyone wishing to register their interest, we are holding an open casting day at The Holiday Inn, 22 Ormeau Avenue, Belfast on Monday 4th July between 11am and 7pm. We simply ask that people come along anytime between these hours. We will give each person an application form to fill out and then we will take your photograph. Hopefully the whole process should only take about 20mins. No appointment necessary. If you have a showreel or headshots, please take them with you which we will gladly accept as we may also be casting for some special extra roles. We are casting for ADULTS ONLY and especially the following:
- MALES of all hair lengths – short, medium & long who are prepared to let their hair grow from now until Jan 2012 and/or bearded males
- Strong and fit males, sporty types
- Archers, swordfighters or re-enactors and people with military experience
- Blacksmiths & Iron Workers
- Skilled building tradespeople
- Farmhands
- Ship/Deck hands and sailors
- Butchers/Hunters
- Females aged 35-65 with non-dyed long hair past their shoulders

Roberto Di Matteo is set to return to Chelsea as No2 to André Villas-Boas when the Portuguese manager unveils his backroom staff this morning. The Italian, who spent six years at Stamford Bridge as a player, is the Portuguese's surprise choice as his assistant.
Di Matteo has been out of work since his sacking as West Bromwich Albion manager in February. The 41-year-old was dismissed despite having led the West Midlands side back into the Premier League from the Championship at the first time of asking. The Italian has been on gardening leave since, but is now expected to return to football as Chelsea's No2 as Villas-Boas reshapes the coaching set-up at Stamford Bridge.
The Portuguese is bringing two compatriots, José Mario Rocha and Daniel Sousa, with him from Porto to act as his physical fitness coach and chief opposition scout respectively but his initial hopes of being joined by Vitor Pereira in London were dashed when his former assistant was appointed as his successor.
Di Matteo is best remembered at Stamford Bridge for scoring his side's opening goal, after only 42 seconds, in the 1997 FA Cup final against Middlesbrough,and he was also a scorer in the 1998 League Cup final against the same opponents and, in 2000, against Aston Villa in the FA Cup final at Wembley. He also won the European Cup Winners' Cup and Uefa Super Cup while at the club before a triple leg fracture suffered against the Swiss club St Gallen in a Uefa Cup tie in September 2000 forced his retirement from the game at the age of 30.
His appointment as a No2 is eye-catching given that Di Matteo's experience as a player and as a manager is arguably more extensive than that of Villas-Boas, although he has spent less time working in a domestic top flight.

Professor Gellar (Edwards James Olmos; Battlestar Galactica): Professor Gellar is a religious studies academic, who on the side is committing some of the biggest crimes that the show has seen so far. Buck compares the conviction that Gellar has for killing people to the real life Zodiac killer and believes that he is the first killer on the show who believes that he is in the right with his actions. Dexter is very curious about Gellar's thought process when it comes to these acts and why he believes that he is in the right. It is fundamentally something that doesn't make any sense to Dexter as a fellow killer.
Travis Marshall (Colin Hanks; The Good Guys, Mad Men): Travis is a close acquaintance of Professor Gellar who has fallen under the charismatic spell of the Professor. Travis has done some bad things because of his belief system and how easily swayed he can be. Travis is not a character who would intentionally seek out to harm someone but is easily manipulated and taken advantage of.
Lisa Marshall (Molly Parker: Deadwood, Swingtown): Lisa is Travis' protective big sister who helped raise him when he was younger.
Brother Sam (Mos Def; Be Kind Rewind, 16 Blocks): Brother Sam is an ex-con who found God in prison. Trying to right the wrongs he committed as a street thug, Brother Sam has set up an auto body shop that hires other ex-cons to try and help them set themselves straight. When one of these employees is accused of a crime Brother Sam will cross paths with Dexter.
Jaime Batista (Aimee Garcia; Trauma, Off the Map): After underusing Harrison's nanny Sonya (Maria Doyle Kennedy) last season, Buck has said they have decided to go in a completely different direction this year with this role. Harrison's new nanny will be Jamie, who also happens to be Angel Batista's (David Zayas) little sister. She will be part of the 'family' story and Buck has said that when it comes to Jamie "there will be no big reveals or twists that the audience will never expect." She will inject an upbeat vibe in to Dexter's home that might go against what he has come accustom to.
Mike Anderson (Billy Brown; Lights Out, Southland): Anderson is a detective from Chicago who is a bit of a hard-ass and because of this he has a difficult time fitting in with others. However, he is an excellent detective so it will be interesting to see if he causes any problems for Dexter.

Well, I think the cold may be on the mend and I am looking forward to this next week and making something positive happen - God willing. I got a good e-mail from a Company in Pismo Beach that has a live on site position but he said no pets so I don;t know... I love Charby but I love living indoors and having food too so we will see. I have some irons in the fire this week. The Verizon bill is due and my club membership is due on the 11th so something needs to happen quick. I prayed about it this morning and I feel good like I am turning it over as much as possible anyway.
I saw the new series NY Ink Last night and it ROCKS! I like it but you know I have noticed something with all the "reality TV shows" that they show the same fucken spot over and over again, kinda gets on my nerves. I like the drama though and I like to see Amni back in the spotlight, he started it all in in my opinion deserves a lot of recognition for bring the industry out to the public in a positive light. I know it is a lot of drama bullshit but you can read behind the lines and see that he is a cool guy that stays true to himself and I like him. So, yes, I do recommend the show! Miami Ink is the first show that gave me the idea to tattoos on pottery about 5 years ago. I still have my dream of bringing this dam thing to the public with my wall hangings instead of depressing urns. I will be getting a "Toy Trailer" to take my art studio with me where ever I go next time so I will never be in jeopardy of loosing it again. I figure if I have it connected to the van I can just live in the van or get a good enough job to live on-site at an apartment community and go to tattoo conventions on the weekend. I will work on getting a sponsor when I am ready to take the idea to market. I am still perfecting the business in my head and when it comes out and the timing is right watch the fuck out cuz it is going to be big! I am going to take this dream of mine and make a shit load of money with it. Just keep watching me and you will see. Only an entrepreneur can on his last fucken leg state these things and make them come true. I am a true entrepreneur and will make this dream of mine happen. I have learned that 'timming" has a hell of a lot to do with major success and I am seeing the timing that has to happen and the things that will make me succeed. That is the good thing about going through some rough shit like this and coming through the fire if you will to the other side, You learn a hell of a lot about yourself and what to do better next time. I will never give up my dreams no matter what. I will however have a job and keep the fucken thing this time as I am setting up the business. The three major things I want and I have to remind myself that my goals are still in progress as of July 7th my sober 16th B-Day. I may make them yet. I need to find a job that pays $3,000 a month so we will see.. I want to get a toy trailer and start to set up the studio this year and get ready to bring the idea to market next year at tattoo conventions. This is cool experience to to be able to "camp" in the van when I go to conventions and art show in the future. It all means something and I just need to keep the faith.

It's the idea that our usual computing tasks are not run by the hardware in our computers, but instead on powerful servers connected to your machine via the internet.
Operating systems on netbooks and laptops are still firmly tethered to the hardware, with Windows 7 and Linux distros being the OSes of choice. Into this fray comes Google's Chrome OS, an operating system designed to drag laptops and netbooks into the cloud.
The machines that run Chrome OS are known as Chromebooks, and Samsung is ahead of the pack by releasing the first Chromebook in the UK – the Samsung Chromebook Series 5.
At present there are two models. One is made by Acer and the other by Samsung. The Chromebook represents the fulfillment of a prediction from an unlikely source. That person being Microsoft founder Bill Gates. Mr. Gates said some 25 years ago that someday we would all do our computing simply by means of terminals which connected us to far greater data processing resources placed server side. Gates introduced his belief in the form of a device known as WebTV. It failed… miserably. No one liked it.
Ruling out the Acer model due to what we will politely call quality concerns, the price of a Samsung Chromebook is roughly the same as a regular 15″ screen laptop. An HP netbook is 40% cheaper. Netbooks and notebooks allow one to do all of the things a Chromebook can do. Plus they allow for offline use of applications. If you are not connected to the internet, your Chromebook is almost worthless. People will no doubt purchase Chromebook so as to view and admire the new operating system technology. They will quickly discover that this technology is a puffed up browser and little more. A Chromebook without a hard drive does less than an Android phone. A HP netbook does everything the Chromebook does and more. When iPad prices drop, and indeed they will, an iPad will be cheaper than a Chromebook.

Natalie Dormer, who memorably played the seductive and doomed Anne Boleyn on Showtime’s The Tudors, has been added to the fantasy drama’s regular cast.
Dormer will play Margaery Tyrell, a (minor spoiler alert) beautiful and shrewd young woman from the influential House Tyrell. She’s pledged to marry the late King Robert’s brother, Renly Baratheon, as part of House Tyrell’s support for his bid to seize the Iron Throne from King Joffrey.
In addition to The Tudors (where, appropriately enough for joining the decapitation-filled Thrones, her character was beheaded) Dormer is also appearing in the upcoming Captain America.

The three-time Emmy winning Boston Legal star has been reportedly in the mix to replace Steve Carell for awhile, and even guest starred in the season finale as one of several celebrity contenders vying for the Dunder Mifflin manager gig.
But producers have a different role in mind for Spader: CEO of Dunder Mifflin, replacing Kathy Bates, who sources say will exit the show to focus on season 2 of Harry’s Law. “In the finale, he kicked ass,” says a source close to the show. “He was so funny and had this weird energy. We didn’t want to pass it up.”

44th Day of Camping... Oh shit the van won't start...

SHIT! the fucken van stopped working today!!! I won't ask what else can go wrong cuz I know more shit can but FUCK! I woke up sick as shit.. was on the way to K-Mart to get some cotton candy (I always smile when eating cotton candy) and I come out and the fucken van won't start.. It finally starts and I take it to the mechanic and he says that it is going to take him like 2-3 hours just to diagnose it. and then another whatever to fix the dam thing. If anyone has a "brown fucken finger" lately it is me baby!!! haha
life is a trip and it sure is in session. I am freaking a little bit today but as I sit here in yes you guessed it -Mc_ _ _ I am thinking fuck everyday is different and tomorrow is another day. When the van broke down I was like in shock that this could happen for some reason.. I went to the library and got 3 books and some more food to hunker down for the weekend. I will be just resting anyway cuz I have this dam cold. Next week will be better. I should get the job at the shelter. I just hope I can get to the fucken job now. I will just have to learn to take the bus.. I will make that a project for myself next week when I feel better. I already got a schedule.
I WANT to stay here in Goleta where my gym I like is but I will not be able to afford it if I can't find something soon. I need to now spend like $300-400 on the van now to have reliable trnaspo. once I get the job. I also have just one more interview to maybe be able to make it to. cuz I only have enough money to get me to one more like 1/2 hour away. I have one possible regional manager position in Ventura I would like to go to but I don't know if I can make it. I will just have to ask a friend maybe to take me to the interview cuz I really want to see about that job. Other than that I think I will just set the date when my Gym membership runs out to go to the homeless shelter. I don't know what else I can do at this point. I just will keep looking and waiting and then looking and waiting some more until it breaks. I hope I get the job at the shelter and be able to be around other people in a similar position anyway. Maybe I can make some sort of difference and fe'l good about myself. I will push for this next week REALLY HARD!
I do have a inside look now at what being homeless is all about. Man, it is the mental shit that really fucks with you. Just looking for a job kicks your ass and then to be homeless too and on the edge of going all the way down. It is very stressfull and I don't know what I would have done without the gym and excerising to relieve some of the stress.
The biggest blessing I have is the friends and one friend in particular - I won't mention her name cuz I don't want to break anyone's anonymity but she has been a huge blessing to me. She has been such a wonderful loving person in my life the last couple of months. She brought me the greatest care package this morning (one of many) and left it by the van for me. It has smelling stuff for my congestion, lemons, water, all kinds of great stuff and I just really love her. If it wasn't for people like that in my life I don't know what I would be doing right now. Again, I am sure glad I put myself out there to be next to more people and to find great people to have in my life. I know that if I keep doing this and loving myself enough to have these people in my life that I will grow and be happier than ever.
I have a tendancy to try and cut and run or to really I guess think I am not good enough for people lik this in my life. That is a shame and something I need to work on. I obviously feel bad right now being that I can not reciprocate as I usually would when dating someone. But, I need ot remember that a relationship and love in particular is not about $$$ it is about giving and recieving love and letting that grow. Love is intangable. I know I have something to offer someone it is just hard right now going through this shit.
So, I took these pictures yesterday. People seem to be curious about what the inside of the van looks like so I will post them here. Charby is in a lot of them.. I like the van and I am looking forward to using it for my pottery business when I get it back. I am going to put Ceramic Tattoo Art on the side of it and go to art shows, etc...

I will be just resting anyway cuz I have this dam cold. Next week will be better. I should get the job at the shelter. I just hope I can get to the fucken job now. I will just have to learn to take the bus.. I will make that a project for myself next week when I feel better. I already got a schedule.
I WANT to stay here in Goleta where my gym I like is but I will not be able to afford it if I can't find something soon. I need to now spend like $300-400 on the van now to have reliable trnaspo. once I get the job. I also have just one more interview to maybe be able to make it to. cuz I only have enough money to get me to one more like 1/2 hour away. I have one possible regional manager position in Ventura I would like to go to but I don't know if I can make it. I will just have to ask a friend maybe to take me to the interview cuz I really want to see about that job. Other than that I think I will just set the date when my Gym membership runs out to go to the homeless shelter. I don't know what else I can do at this point. I just will keep looking and waiting and then looking and waiting some more until it breaks. I hope I get the job at the shelter and be able to be around other people in a similar position anyway. Maybe I can make some sort of difference and fe'l good about myself. I will push for this next week REALLY HARD!
I do have a inside look now at what being homeless is all about. Man, it is the mental shit that really fucks with you. Just looking for a job kicks your ass and then to be homeless too and on the edge of going all the way down. It is very stressfull and I don't know what I would have done without the gym and excerising to relieve some of the stress.
The biggest blessing I have is the friends and one friend in particular - I won't mention her name cuz I don't want to break anyone's anonymity but she has been a huge blessing to me. She has been such a wonderful loving person in my life the last couple of months. She brought me the greatest care package this morning (one of many) and left it by the van for me. It has smelling stuff for my congestion, lemons, water, all kinds of great stuff and I just really love her. If it wasn't for people like that in my life I don't know what I would be doing right now. Again, I am sure glad I put myself out there to be next to more people and to find great people to have in my life. I know that if I keep doing this and loving myself enough to have these people in my life that I will grow and be happier than ever.
I have a tendancy to try and cut and run or to really I guess think I am not good enough for people lik this in my life. That is a shame and something I need to work on. I obviously feel bad right now being that I can not reciprocate as I usually would when dating someone. But, I need ot remember that a relationship and love in particular is not about $$$ it is about giving and recieving love and letting that grow. Love is intangable. I know I have something to offer someone it is just hard right now going through this shit.
So, I took these pictures yesterday. People seem to be curious about what the inside of the van looks like so I will post them here. Charby is in a lot of them.. I like the van and I am looking forward to using it for my pottery business when I get it back. I am going to put Ceramic Tattoo Art on the side of it and go to art shows, etc...

43rd Day of Camping...

OK, this sucks, have I said that recently.. I miss my apartment but you know life could be a hell of a lot worse I am going to choose to continue to tell myself that. I have such good friends in the program. I am so blessed to have good friends at this time of my life. I am glad I made the choice to be more social and put myself out there more. The meeting tonight was on Trust and what a great topic for me. I reflected a bit on that last night and I am not going to get into that at all anymore so... I now get to experience being homeless and sick now - goody! So I am sitting here again at McDonlad's I am sure everyone is happy to heat that again... Ya, I don't know what to write but it is nice to have people that are actually reading this blog. I do feel so supported by my friends that is a totally new experience for me. I never allowed myself to have friends.. I always just wrapped my whole life up in the woman I was with at the time. The trust topic was a good one for me cuz I need to learn how to take care of myself better and trust but not let myself be blinded like before. That is another lesson I need to learn - Jesus there have been a lot of lessons... I am glad at least that I am now recognizing them and am willing to learn. The quicker the better so I can get on with it. I have a good shot at working with the homeless at Casa Esperanza. I would really like to try it and hell I need the money so anything is better than nothing. When I went there to check it out it scared the hell out of me personally. I was thinking about that today that I wanted to blog on that whole thing. It is cool for people that are not sober or mentally ill. This is the mission statement:

I like the mission but was fucken downright scared when I walked into the facility. Not scared just kinda blown away. You know many years ago the States discontinued a lot of the mentally ill facilities and these poor people ended up on the street and then into facilities such as these. I walked in and they had a security officer at the front of the building and some tripped out people at the gate to "welcome" you in. I don't know it was trip. I am not going to judge it to hard at this point in time. Especially since I am applying for a job there. I can only tell you my truth and what I experienced when I went there for the first time a week ago. They have a 10:00AM meeting anyone can attend every day to see if they can get a bed and possibly stay there. I showed up about 9:30 and did not stay for he "orientation". I think it is a facility that is needed for people that can not get sober and are really struggling. I understand that EVERYONE needs help and that each individual has a completly different story. Who am I to judge right, I went there for possible help. It is something that is strange a week ago I went for help and today I applied for a job and may get it. If I did get the job and get into Social work I think I would like it and be well suited for it. This may be the direction that God is pointing me to? We will see. I have a friend that i did a website for that has a Husband that used to work there and knows everyone so I think I can get in. It only pays like $1-13.00 Hr. but who cares if I remain living in the van. Actually it could be a benefit cuz I can keep my free medical if I make less than $1,800 a month. That is worth about $450.00 to me so what the hell. I would still be able to pick up part time work and be able to pay back my debt quickly. I just am a little nervous about staying in the van long term but hey if I want a change and to stay in Paradise I better get used to it right, No rich relative here man...

42nd Day of Camping...

Camping: Life is actually getting better and more clearer the more I stay camping and doing the next indicated step. I am looking at this time God has given to me as a time to reflect and re-group my priorities in life and I feel very fortunate to have had this time. I am not worried anymore and am actually excited to see what is going to open up for me. I have not smoked and that is HUGE for me! I have about 9 months now from smoking! I can't believe it and I think I am really quit for good this time - one day at a time. A cig still sounds good but working out like this and taking care of myself is really paying off and I have replaced good habits with bad it seems like. I have as of yesterday been parking the van by the gym and have lost my sacred triangle. The triangle was The street where I wake up to the gym, to the meeting at 12:00PM and then to McDonald's work on the Internet oh and then to the beach for my nap with charby... I It is cool though and I feel like this new schedule due to the fact I can not afford to put gas in the van is working out for me. It is forcing me to ride my bike which puts me in even better shape. I just leave the van by the gym an ride my bike to the meeting and then ride to the library afterwords to look for work and then go back to the gym for another swim or whatever to hang out. I then can ride to McDonald's if I feel like I have more energy like tonight. I am though looking forward to getting a job and getting back to my triangle!
Looking for Employment: It is going slow as usual but hopeful. I feel like it is getting closer. I have an interview in Ventura soon to apply for a Regional Manager position and am excited about that. I would be managing like 12 properties and working out of the Corp. office in Ventura. I just wrote a summary for it and sent it off tonight. I also have not yet heard form the guy that wants to retire here in Goleta? He was supposed to give me a call by today. I don't like that he did not say what he was going to do but lets give him one more day before I blast him haha. I really like him and his wife and want to stay here in Goleta and work for them. I also found another improved way to search for jobs in case anyone wants to know. I have obviously expanded my job search for all of California. I go to Craig's list and they list every City in that state to the right and you can search every city that way for a particular job you are looking for. It seems like Craig's List is really coming up the ranks as far as being the job search tool here in California at least. I have definitely had more calls and some I don't really want to get... I got one for an on-site apartment manager for this property located in Taft - What a shit whole place that is.. I will stay homeless in Santa Barbara thank you very much.. But the point is that I got the call from the owner and the expanded search did work. I talked to him for about 1/2 hour. I think he would hire me but like i said I am good for the gym and the cell phone for another few weeks so I think I will hold out the gamble to stay here in Paradise. I have gone this far I may as well play it out. I am really glad that I am sticking to my guns and throwing the dice to stay here even to this extreme. It gives me even more juice to keep going and work even harder. I am still looking at this as a cool challenge. That is why I am Blogging the date every post because every day I can live here and be following my dream the better. I will stay here and make a life for myself here. Sometimes in times like this economy it just takes you being even more savy and smart and to work just that much harder. It is still a game to me this living life sober thing, it is all gravy anyway cuz I should be 6 feet under or in jail anyway - Fuck it!
The "Justified Resentment": It is getting better day by day. I am making it a conscious effort every since I have talked to my sponsor about it to pray for her and ask for all the things that I should want for her to have in life, etc... I do mean it now just after a couple days of doing it and I have learned something else today as well and that is I need to now forgive her. This is the final step in giving up the resentment. It is weird cuzcuz I did give my heart to her and she is only the 3rd person I really gave my heart to in my love life so this one has been really hard for me. The pain of a breakup or divorce is just awful and I hope I don't have to go through this shit to much more in my life. Maybe the next time I can really get to know the person before I just take the leap and jump in, give my heart to them and put the blinders on. I think this person is a good person and I know I have my part to play in the relationship like putting the blinders on for so long, etc... When I really look at it we both tried and it just didn't fucken work out. Not cuz she was planning some plot to ruin me or some shit we just did not fit like we should have and didn't work well together financially and respect each other enough to work at keeping the love alive. The trust thing gets me but I can't control other people or there actions. All I can do is keep trusting and see if I can get someone to be in it for the long hall next time. But look at my shit I have been the one that ran and didn't put up with a lot of shit before so who I am I to talk to blame someone when it is done to me. All is fair in love and war. I think a part of it is that you have to be lucky and fall in love with that someone special and then realize you were lucky to find the person and work your ass off to keep the love alive. Love is something that can't be controlled or manipulated for long. It is a gift and something to treasure and treat with respect. When you have "It" and we all know what that is for us you need to respect it and be true to it. I was true to this last one for me and I am proud of myself that I was. But I was not the one who had to put up with the shit, she did. I was not working and doing my art full time and I know that is something that would be hard for anyone to handle and be patient with. Shit I have left relationships because I couldn't stand the kid or for what ever reason. If I mean the prayer that I pray and want to walk my talk then I can decide to forgive her (my trespassers) as they (the people I trespass against) can forgive me. I can do this, I know I can... I want to have a good healthy relationship in the future with that person that has "It". I will not be able to recognize it if I am still tangled up in old bullshit. We both have the debt to pay back for the chance we both took and lets leave it here. I will not be blogging about this shit again and I am really going to leave this shit right here on this blog tonight.
